Arena launches Singapore edition

UK men’s glossy Arena is to launch a Singapore edition, with MediaCorp Publishing licensing the title from Emap Consumer Media. Arena Singapore will target upscale, affluent men, and adds to MediaCorp’s current men’s magazine portfolio, which also includes FHM Singapore and Style for Men. 50 per cent of the publication’s content will be sourced locally, with the remainder from international editions and sources. The title’s first issue will be September 2006, retailing at S$7.90 (US$5.00) and targeting an initial readership of 30,000. (more)
