Mojo breakfast for Ozzy

Ozzy Osbourne is to present a week of breakfast shows for Emap's digital station Mojo Radio. He'll host an hour-long segment picking his favourite soul and rock tracks from Monday at 8am. It's part of the build up to the Mojo Honours List later this month. (more)

Michael Crick proves the BBC has found its mojo

The first and most welcome aspect of Michael Crick's appointment as political editor of Newsnight is what it says about the BBC. Confidence is coming back. The post-Hutton, pre-licence fee settlement days of caution and risk-aversion may be coming to an end. If you want to please the Government you don't give Michael Crick one of the highest profile jobs in political journalism. And you don't attach the adjective "irreverent" to him in your press release. (more)
