BBC: Web users ‘getting more ruthless’

Web users are getting more impatient, selfish and ruthless when going online, according to research conducted by Nielsen. Dr Jakob Nielsen told BBC News that instead of lingering on websites many users are "hot potato" driven, just wanting to surf to a particular site, complete a task and leave. (more)
