To my dismay, I am often accosted by Eastern European women who try to serve me by washing my car windscreen, something I am highly capable of doing myself simply by pressing a lever. This happens at the junction of Old Oak Common Road with the A40/Westway and is an on-going problem, which I have previously tried to report to the the council, but have been told that it is a police matter. The police seem to know it goes on, yet wander past turning a blind eye. The women bang on car windows demanding money when they are refused and have, as of late, become aggressive. But to be honest, I blame other drivers who give in to their demands and have watched several drivers wind their windows down and hand over pound coins. It is a lucrative business and these women are not paying taxes, despite the fact that they are also drawing unemployment benefits. I’m asking other drivers to stop feeding the scroungers who are already poncing off the British tax payers! If you stop handing over money, they will soon leave.

I avoid the area because it is a real pain in the arse.

However I’m at a loss as to why you’ve written on this website as it is a media directory and discussion about media.

I wrote on this website because I mistakenly thought I was writing on the Gazette’s L:etters Page; my mistake; sorry!
