We are looking for an Acting Real Life Features Writer who will cover a maternity leave. The starting date will be in early March.
The successful candidate will join our London-based Exclusive Features team, which supplies features to national women’s magazines and national newspapers.
You will be responsible for finding and chasing exclusive real life stories, persuading subjects to talk solely to The Press Association, pitching to national publications, then interviewing and writing features to individual publications’ style.
This is a role for an experienced journalist who can prove they are able to generate their own real life stories in a competitive market. You must be driven to secure stories and also be a talented writer. Previous experience as a feature writer or news reporter is also an essential requirement of the role.
