About The Role
Fancy combining your editorial expertise with your passion for mountain biking? Then come and join the sports team and work within this buoyant and growing sector.
Working on the World’s biggest cycling portfolio and the UK’s largest Mountain Bike publications, you’ll manage the editorial team and work closely with publishers to ensure that all the commercial aspects of publishing the magazine are delivered on time and within budgets.
You’ll work closely with our online teams ensuring cross-promotion of all events, products and exclusive news items.
About You
With demonstrable experience of working at Editorial level on a national newsstand magazine or website, you’ll utilise your managerial skills, looking after a small, but busy team.
It’s also essential for you to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally as you’ll be liaising with publishers, suppliers and internal teams throughout the group on a daily basis.
An interest and participation in mountain biking is preferred or experience as an Editor on a sports-related magazine or website is useful, as is previous experience of working with In-Design.
