Graduate Web Designer, Fashion Brand

We have an exciting graduate web design opportunity within our creative team to work on our multiple online platforms. ARTCL is a fast paced and unique Fashion and Merchandised Art Company with continual growth potential in the and as a result our team is expanding.

Our London office is looking for a Junior Web Designer to join on an (paid) intern-basis. The ideal candidate will want to grow their career prospects and will have a passion for web design and to be able to think outside the box when creating beautifully sleek designs.

The Role:

• To design and build creative work for digital campaigns for our multi-platforms
• To work alongside managers, other designers and the technology team
• To help improve our sales by the provision of a better user experience
• To understand our brand values and to be able to present them online

Candidate Requirements:

• You must have an undergraduate degree at 2.1 or higher.
• You have the ability to code CSS and HTML, having a good knowledge of cross browser issues and common fixes
• A proven working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe is essential.
• Knowledge of Amazon and eBay back system is desirable, although not expected.
• You must have relevant experience in web design, preferably in an e-commerce company.
• You must understand how to create a great user experience without damaging search engine rankings.
• You must have experience in creating designs and interaction models that work across different territories and languages.
• You can work effectively in a relatively early stage business; you are hands-on and do not require huge teams to be successful.
