The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is a multilateral development bank with a social purpose. Set up on 16 April 1956 in order to bring solutions to the problem of refugees, its scope of action has steadily broadened to include sectors that directly contribute to strengthening social cohesion in Europe. The CEB represents a major instrument of solidarity policy in Europe, helping its 40 Member States to achieve sustainable and equitable growth.
In order to provide for the development of our activities, we are seeking a Paris-France based communication officer.
Reporting to the Director of the "Corporate Responsibility & Studies" Department and under his supervision, the incumbent is responsible for the CEB’s publishing management and contributes to improving the Institution’s communication as a whole.
