Bureau Chief, Zurich Job - Bloomberg - Switzerland

Bloomberg News is seeking a Bureau Chief in Zurich to help expand and oversee coverage of Switzerland's financial markets, companies, banks and government. The successful candidate will manage reporters and must be driven and used to operating in a challenging environment. The individual must be able to write and edit clear and comprehensive stories with a proven ability to regularly break news and produce enterprise pieces. The ability to work under real-time deadline pressure, make quick news judgments and work well in a team environment is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Previous journalism experience is essential
• Experience of working in a real-time news environment in desirable
• Fluency in German is essential
