Last Word Media is recruiting a News Editor for Portfolio Adviser's news analysis website, www.portfolio-adviser.com.
The main responsibilities are to source, break and write news stories for the website; provide in-depth analysis of the biggest stories and investment themes; manage the workload of the online editorial team; contribute to Portfolio Adviser's monthly magazine.
The News Editor will have ultimate repsonsibility for the online editorial content of the UK's leading website for wealth managers.
We are therefore looking for an experienced investment news journalist with a good eye for an investment story, someone who is able to write tight, accurate copy to deadline and who has at least two years industry experience.
The role gives plenty of scope for career progression within Last Word Media, a company that runs UK, European and international publications, websites and events, with offices in London and Singapore.
The successful applicant will be joining a highly experienced, award-winning editorial team in which automony is expected and flexibility is given. Pay and remuneration will depend on the experience and skills of the applicant.
