Writer / Editor, MediaCo - Scotland

We are seeking an Editor / Writer to join our creative Internet Marketing team at MediaCo, in Dundee. The successful candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, with accuracy in spelling and grammar.
Duties include copywriting / editing for:
- Clients’ websites.
- Email newsletters.
- Informative articles on a range of subjects.
- General Press Releases.
- Material for publication within various new media channels.
You will be web savvy but appreciation of “old media” content standards is as important as knowing the difference between a twitter and a tweet.
As a senior member of the team, you will also oversee the work of other internal and external copywriters.
In-house training / knowledge sharing will be provided, as required, regarding any elements which are peculiar to our digital marketing services, including search engine optimisation.
