We are currently on the lookout for freelance graphic designers for a magazine that is under construction.

It is desirable you have some experience of the magazine industry as this is a very specialised post which will culminate in a funky, fresh and vibrant publication for a niche market.

Your general duties will include designing pages to a specific brief, occasional advert construction, design input and ideas of your own and working on aspects of company literature. Workload will most likely fluctuate from month to month and you will be expected to adhere to all deadlines.

Your initial duties will be:
• Design and follow briefs for magazine content.
• Design any promotional literature/flyers/leaflets.
• Liaise with editorial department

Programs you will know:
• Photoshop/Illustrator
• Indesign/Quark
• Microsoft word

Knowledge of any other programmes would be an advantage.

We would require you to work out of office so an internet connection and computer access would be vital.
