International Account Director


About the position
The international Account Director (IAD) has a pivotal role in assuring the maximum
impact of digital sales & marketing for our International clients. She/he builds strong client
relationships and acts as a trusted partner in planning, execution and evaluation of
digital marketing & sales activities.

The IAD works closely with our clients local consultants to give their clients the
unrivalled value of international coordination combined with top class local execution.
The IAD has a deep knowledge of the clients’ objectives, product mix, geography and
sales channels and uses this knowledge to give professional recommendations that
generate a substantial effect on the clients business.

Professional qualifications and experience
- University Degree (Business, Marketing or equivalent qualifications)
- A broad Experience from Online Marketing
- Advertising, Media and Management Consultancy
- Strong negotiation skills
- Leadership skills and experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong International experience required
- Fluency in English required. One more language an advantage

Key areas of Responsibility
- Build client relationships and assure a sustained revenue growth
- Plan, budget and forecast key accounts
- Conduct contract negotiations
- Advise clients on new ways to optimise the marketing investment
- Cross sell and up sell our Clients product and service portfolio
- Coach and coordinate local Our Clients teams in up to 14+ markets
- Share knowledge across markets and across teams
