The role of Online Production Manager requires a driven, self motivated individual with strong attention to detail and good knowledge of online production processes and Microsoft Office applications.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious media graduate at the beginning of their career who is looking to grow their experience and skills in a dynamic, small company with big aspirations and an already strong reputation within the online industry.

The right individual will be able to demonstrate:
• At least one year working in an online production role, preferably in a portal environment
• An understanding of online production processes including CMS and HTML
• The ability to prioritise tasks effectively with the flexibility to change direction when required
• Accuracy and strong numeracy skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to understand and explain complex technical issues to others
• Confidence in dealing with both senior management, the technical team and when required, clients
• Grace under pressure
• A willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ in order to help grow the BuyAssociation business into a respected and profitable organisation


The role requires:
• Managing the business’ online advertising system through CMS, including generating reports and translating the results
• Uploading and managing content on CMS
• Managing and implementing data gathered through the company’s websites
• Liaison between technical support, the editorial team and senior management to implement ongoing web development of the company’s websites
• Analysis and reporting of web statistics
• Management and implementation of client mailers through web based mailing software
• Creation of presentations as required by senior management team
