Citywire’s website for consumer investors seeks a personal finance writer to join its fast paced, highly focused and busy online team. The Citywire Personal Investor website is growing rapidly, publishing personal finance content and markets news, features and guidance for investors.
The role requires a dedicated, team player with strong experience in financial reporting, preferably with a background writing for a consumer audience, who can take the initiative and drive the audience’s agenda forward. The candidate will need to be prepared to write a mixture of news, features and comment pieces. They will have a strong grasp of new media, including video and blogging, and be keen to engage interactively with readers. Self-discipline and a drive to accomplish tasks is essential.
