PR coordinator (F/M), product communication - Mazda Motor Europe GmbH - Germany

This job is located in Leverkusen, Germany (map)

If automotive is your passion, then get your career moving at the Mazda Motor Europe headquarters. Mazda is on the fast track to success in Europe and we've got where we are with daring solutions, ingenious ideas and fun thinking. So join us on the fast-paced and thrilling road to a Zoom-Zoom future.

Your tasks:
In the global automotive markets, state-of-the-art product communication is essential for our success. Join the Product Communication team of our European PR department and help us position Mazda’s DNA and our products in the European media. How? By gathering and preparing product-related technical and market information. By developing and coordinating production of press kits, press releases, press conferences as well as executive speeches, product films and Q &As on press launches, events and motor shows for Mazda in Europe. By providing support during such PR activities, including holding product presentations. By closely liaising and communicating about those tasks and topics with all European PR suppliers, the Global Mazda Corporation Communication Department and European PR Managers as well as with internal interfaces within the European Headquarter and National Sales Companies. And by assisting the team regarding the strategic development of future PR projects.

Your profile:
You can drive our international PR activities – thanks to your sound knowledge based on a university degree or a similar qualification in journalism, communication or economics and on at least five years experience in motoring journalism or in a PR or Marketing function in the automotive industry. You demonstrate excellent knowledge of automotive products and a very good understanding of external communication and press relations. Excellent knowledge of MS Office is a must, too. Moreover, our international business demands fluency in English (ideally on a native speaker's level) and in German; any other European language is an asset. Last but not least, a driver's licence is required.

Does this set your pulse racing? Racing for a job with creative challenge, fun, and great prospects? Then follow your impulse and join us: as a Zoom-Zoom personality.

Antje Schüßler is looking forward to your application in English including your notice period and your salary expectations.
