publication.

Are you a tenacious and driven sales/advertising professional with excellent marketing and customer service skills? If so, this could be the role for you.

Working for a professional body dedicated to the education, support and promotion of excellence for specialist financial and administrative personnel working within the legal community, the office is staffed by one full time and four part time members of staff. Membership stands at around 2,800 many of whom have been formally trained to Diploma, Associate or Fellowship level.

An opportunity has now arisen for a Telesales Administrator to join their team on a part time basis (16-18 hours spread over 2/3 days)

As a Telesales Administrator, you will be responsible for making pro-active outbound calls to sell advertising space for their publication. Update Classified Advertising on the website, cultivate and sell banner space on the website, along with updating the company website regularly including introducing the company onto the social networking sites such as Twitter and LinkedIn and keeping them updated.
To assist the Editor by obtaining letters written by members on various issues for publication in the journal, prepare a list of new members for insertion in the journal, prepare and post cold calling letters.

You will use your excellent customer relation skills to build and nurture strong business relationships and constantly seek to put the customer and their needs first. You will also be required to operate the membership database so knowledge of a CRM system would be advantageous but training will be given.

To be considered for the role you must have:

- Telesales/advertising experience possibly from a publishing backround – Excellent customer service – A good level of IT literacy

Additionally, you must enjoy working as part of a team, a professional, friendly and customer service orientated approach is also key.
