Another thread had this as a footnote recently:
OFCOM RLC committee still hasnt met in 2012
Do they publish their meeting dates, or is the convening of the committee shrouded in secrecy?

I am pretty sure they would have met (maybe that part of the website hasnt been updated)
This page shows that they have dealt with key commitment changes, license extensions etc which I am sure are all the remit of the RLC
