Project Coordinator – InXcess Auction Project (Temporary), Real Radio

Project Coordinator – InXcess Project (Temporary) based at Real Radio in Cardiff.

The Project Coordinator reports to the Project Champion and is the administrative backbone of the auction project. This person has versatile clerical and management skills, has good interpersonal skills, pays attention to detail and is always well organised.

The Project Coordinator can remain focused throughout the preparation, execution and evaluation of the program.

Responsible for:
• Receiving and collating all the qualified database components from sales reps, and other sources and ensuring this information is then entered into the database spreadsheet.
• Entering all product information from production forms into the Product Category Data Spreadsheet.
• Implementing the Production, Fulfilment and Customer Services aspects of the program (refer to ‘Your Auction Team’ below)
• Assisting the Project Champion & InXcess staff organise other important elements of the program.

Other Skill Requirements:
• Moderate to experienced Microsoft Excel knowledge including; Data entry into Excel spreadsheets, Cutting, copying, pasting & sorting when formula is embedded and basic formula use and calculations
• Mail Merge Experience including mail merging of Letters & Labels for invitations using Microsoft Word if required.
This is a temporary position for 3 months but there may be an opportunity for this to be extended on a monthly basis.
