Hi, I’m James Martin, presenter and online producer at Pirate FM.

I’ve just blagged an internal promotion within UKRD Group, The Sunday Times Number One Best Company to Work For 2011. So that leaves a prime job open for you at our top-rated radio station in Cornwall, Pirate FM.

How do you fancy working for a station situated in one the most beautiful locations in the world, with deserted secret golden beaches on your doorstep? And where you get your weekends off to enjoy them? (Unless you fancy an extra shift, in which case they’ll pay you more. I know – it’s great isn’t it?). Pirate FM has the highest reach of any station in our area and we need someone to keep us there. You will be joining a team where you really are valued as individual and everybody’s voice is heard. Yes, we give away big prizes and come up with creative promotions – but we also work hard to change our listeners’ lives for the better. You’ll need to be a great presenter… but, because getting the Culture right is the most important aspect of our business, you will need to be a great person too.
