We are now seeking an outstanding Commercial Trainer, who will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional sales training programmes to all levels of our Sales workforce across our dynamic and energetic business. The Commercial Trainer will play a key role in the Induction and development of new and existing Sales people and will be an experienced and passionate Coach, driving and motivating our sales employees to exceed their goals and expectations.
Main responsibilities include:
• Design and implementation of commercially focused, high quality and innovative sales training to empower and energise our sales teams ensuring a portfolio of relevant sales training modules
• Build strategic Sales training content to inspire, invigorate and equip our Sales Directors and Managers to maximise their potential and those within their team
• Coach new sales people through the initial stage of their sales career with Bauer Radio, nurturing relationships while delivering clear accountable and measurable performance objectives
• Develop strong relationships with our Sales Directors and Managers to actively promote and gain sponsorship of our sales learning opportunities to ensure continued and sustained development of our talent.
• To monitor training effectiveness and value within our business to ensure we guarantee thorough, forward thinking and relevant training solutions
The successful candidate will have worked within radio or media sales at a senior level and understand the demands of busy commercial leaders in competitive marketplaces. To be considered for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate a proven background in effective commercial training, both designing and implementing at all levels and have the passion and desire to lead the development of a large sales workforce in a successful and vibrant business. You will be geographically flexible to ensure you are best placed at all times to meet the demands of our sales teams development and learning requirements.
