• The candidate should have the ability to produce and present a very catchy, creative and relevant radio show that will create interest for most of the people, being listeners or advertisers, taking into account the market scenario, trends, habits and traditions with ability to adjust accordingly.

• The candidate should have the ability to overlook the station programming and assist other presenters in developing their own shows.

• Should have extensive knowledge with RCS/ Linker & Selector and could select the right music for the format of the station, taking into account the market needs and tastes.

• Positive and competitive attitude, Leadership qualities and highly professional.

• Multi-tasker and self motivated.

• A good sense of humor and skills to handle situations at different levels.

• Candidate should have sound knowledge and interaction abilities on Social Media and knows how to leverage it to the advantage of the radio station.
