Station Director, Sunshine 106.8, Dublin

Dublin’s New Sunshine 106.8 is celebrating 10 successful years on-air in Dublin. As part of ongoing investment, including a move to new state-of-the-art city centre studios, we would now like to make the following key appointment: Station Director.

The person appointed will report to the Board of Directors and work closely with them to develop and implement strategy. They will lead the existing sales, programming and marketing departments to indentify and achieve their goals and targets. They will have full P&L responsiblity and, so, must be commercially astute and an innovative leader.

Excellent communication skills are essential, along with at least 5 years previous business management experience to include a strong commercial background, ideally in the radio or other relevant related industry.

This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to lead an already established and independently-owned radio station, into the future and presents an excellent opportunity for a career-focussed manager.
