Think you could have a face for radio? – Are you approachable, positive, life loving, friendly and outgoing?
We are currently looking for a fantastic team of people to be involved with the promotion of the south’s fastest growing radio station 106 Jack FM and The Breeze 107.
You will be working with one of the most dynamic radio groups in the country, so we will be expecting energetic, upbeat people with a hardworking, dedicated and reliable work ethic.
You will start your day at Celador Towers in Southampton, then travel to an event or promotion in Southampton, Portsmouth, Isle of Wight, Winchester, Bournemouth or Poole. You will be practical and hands on with branding and merchandise set up, confident at interacting with the public and passionate about both brands. You will be happy to approach strangers and tell them all about the brand, encouraging them to tune in. A typical shift will involve attending events, handing out marketing materials and taking pictures of our listeners.
We specifically require people who can work both weekdays and weekends with variable hours. You must be available on a casual and flexible basis, and be available at weekends. Ideally you will have held a clean driving licence for at least 12 months and you must be up for working outside in the winter months! This is a fantastic starting point for anyone wishing to work within the radio industry.
If you have worked in radio or a promotional team before this would be an advantage, but it is not essential as training will be provided for the right people.
We offer a competitive hourly rate with variable working hours on a casual basis.
In the promotion of equal opportunities, Celador Radio welcomes applications from all sections of the community. We select people according to their abilities and our needs.
