News Editor, Sunrise Radio (London)

Sunrise Radio News is looking for a News Editor to join our busy Newsroom.
As our News Editor you will commission and pursue stories, briefing Journalist and deploying correspondents and get the best stories, liaising with Sunrise News colleagues across the Three Radio Stations and the Newsroom.
You will be a qualified journalist to NCTJ level or equivalent and have substantial experience working as a News Editor on a national Radio news operation.
You will be able to demonstrate your skills in creative journalism, editorially and visually to make our news content engaging and relevant to our audience. Knowledge of Asian Community and Languages would be plus point. Previous experience in the similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
The shift pattern for the role is different shifts over six days.
