Freelance phone answerer, Wire Free Productions for BBC Local Radio

We are looking for people with a great phone manner, high work rate and good judgement to answer calls for the Mark Forrest show. We have 1.6 million listeners from across the BBC local radio network so we are often beseiged by calls. You need to be able to get a caller’s details quickly, spot the ones who will be great on air and be able to politely finish conversations. The shift times are from 1845 to 2215, Monday to Friday so this fits in well with other work or studying.
