Sales Account Manager, Citybeat 96.7 102.5FM

Award winning Citybeat Radio in Belfast require an experienced, dynamic and passionate Account Manager.

We are looking for an individual who has tenacity, reliability, clear commercial focus, excellent sales, presentation and people skills. This is a target driven role and previous experience working in radio and/or a proven track record in media sales is preferred.

The Role
•Maximizing revenue across the marketplace by selling creative airtime, sponsorship, promotions and online campaigns to clients.
•Achieving revenue targets across all streams through a mix of new and existing clients.
•Proactively targeting new business
•Achieving and surpassing customer call rates
•Developing long term business through excellent pre and post campaign service with clients direct
•Building effective relationships with key decision makers
•Providing weekly accurate forecasting, and managing the reporting process
•Achieving KPI’s

Experience
•Experience in a proactive and creative sales position (commercial radio/media sales would be an advantage)
•A proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets
•Experience working with clients direct

Skills
•An experienced team player, with excellent communication skills
•Strong negotiating skills
•Proficient in presenting
•Exemplary attention to detail
