You should be able to lovingly craft scripts oozing with character in line with the Free Radio brand, and dare to be different when approaching every project.

You should get that we love where we live as much as our audience, and don’t mind shouting about it.

You understand why listeners don’t want to be bothered with ‘details’, when they can ‘find out more’. That ‘registering’ sounds like a chore, and that NOBODY ‘celebrates’ the launch of a new pasty at the local bakery… but you can still make that sound interesting if you’re asked to!

And you should be as passionate about sponsorship and promotions, as you are about the fun stuff, cos our crack commercial team will be sending a lot your way.

For the right person, that’s someone with at least a couple of years experience in radio imaging, there’s a studio with your name on it!
