As On Hold Marketing specialists we provide our clients with professional, informative and entertaining messages that their customers hear when placed ‘On Hold’ (duh?!). We also specialise in Web Design and Graphic Design and are now set to launch Rija Consulting, offering a package deal for our client’s sales, promotions and branding needs.

THE ROLE
As a first or second jobber you will have an unrivalled love for writing, so much so that you go to sleep with a pen and paper in your hand or snuggled up to your laptop!!

You will be responsible for writing scripts for ‘on hold’ messages and copy for websites, marketing letters, email shots and brochures! There will also be the opportunity to learn audio production, web development as well as accounts and office management.

Beware! This is indeed a junior position and you will also be expected to be responsible for general admin roles in the office; including reception, handling sales calls (both incoming and outbound), recruitment enquiries, assisting Business Development Managers and dealing with customer and inter-company queries.



THE PERSON
If you are not any of the below then don’t waste your time!

You must;

- Have sound written skills - Have excellent communication skills
- Be highly creative - Be highly computer literate
- Love to write!
- Be eager to learn
- Have the confidence and ability to work on your own initiative.


…but we would like you to have (but if you haven’t, still give it a chance…);

- A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- professional writing experience
- customer service experience
- audio production skills



SALARY £12,000 + commission (OTE £20,000)
Business hours - Monday to Friday.
