One of the middle east's biggest radio groups is searching for a dynamic sales director to oversea the sales team of three leading radio stations in amman jordan

Modern Media encompasses Jordan's No. 1 Hit music station, Play 99.6, the first CHR radio station in Jordan playing a rhythmic mix of dance, rnb and pop. Listen online at http://www.play.jo. Under this umbrella is a new Arabic station called Hawa FM, playing nothing but the best Arabic Hits. To add to, Modern Media is also in the process of opening up an official Adult Contemporary station within the coming 2 weeks.

We're looking for someone with a strong attitude and good personality to fill our Sales Director slot. As a Sales Director you will have the following responsibilities:
1-Supervise and manage Modern Media sales team for 2 stations (1 CHR English radio station and 1 AC English radio station)

2-Oversee day to day sales operations and revenue targets

3-Maintain and develop a strong customer base

4-Developing the sales team through continuous training

We’re definitely eager to fill this position with the right candidate. As Sales Director you’ll need:
1- Bachelor's Degree

2- experience in rado sales

3- Previous experience in managing a team

4- Excellent communication & Presentation skills
5-Minimum contract commitment of 2 years
5-Passion for music and radio would be great
