Weekend Manager, Trafficlink UK Ltd

Trafficlink Central England, newly based at Quinton Business Park, is looking to replace their current Weekend Manager. This is the first time we have advertised a supervisory position externally so please only respond if you have first line supervisory experience/potential.

The role:
You will be broadcasting on some of the biggest stations in the country and the sole point of contact for staff and clients alike during weekends.
An integral aspect of the position will involve managing rotas and identifying training needs where necessary so good organisational/communication skills are essential. Commitment to weekend work is vital because you could be “on shift” for 12 hours on Saturdays and 6 hours on Sundays. Note - The post will also include working 6am-1pm on Mondays & Fridays.
