Great late shows can be a key part of a radio station’s fabric.

We’re looking for a talented person to produce ‘The Sanctuary’ across the West Midlands on BRMB, Mercia, Beacon and Wyvern. It’s all talk, all night – across a great region. You’ll need to be full of fresh ideas for late night conversation; from the touching to the entertaining. You’ll be able to draw from your own life and understand the things people are really talking and thinking about today – and then able to help establish exactly the right questions to ask. You’ll be able to select the right calls – at the right time – and think how the presenter thinks.

Ideally, you’ll have some on-line experience and technical ability; and you’ll certainly be across the legal and regulatory risks of unpredictable radio, to enable you to play a senior role on site through the evenings.
