BRMB is looking for a Deputy Programme Director to support the Programme Director in the job of restoring BRMB to greatness.

You’ll have sound operational experience and you’ll be able to get the best out of on-air talent. You’ll be creative, positive and have a real commercial understanding. You’ll have strategic insight – excellent communication skills – and that blend of calmness and energy to help drive us forward and build audiences and time spent listening. You’ll share the same view of the world as the Programme Director, and be able to make the right decisions in his absence. You’ll understand how to make BRMB belong to Birmingham.

The job focuses principally on BRMB, with some responsibility for programming shared by the Orion West network. We’ll be looking for a proven track record in commercial radio.
