The successful applicant will demonstrate

• Effective communication and talent management skills in order to help lead and direct the content within the live studio environment
• Creative thinking and the ability to communicate and implement ideas effectively
• Excellent organization and forward planning skills
• Be able to work under pressure, meat deadlines and still maintain great attention to detail.
• Excellent production skills including the ability to quickly record and edit content during the live show.
