At Banbury Sound we are looking to recruit an ambitious sales professional who is hungry to succeed, and ready to take on a sales management role at the station. This person will have a proven track record in radio sales and the ability to inspire achievement in others.

The role involves managing the sales operation to achieve target, operating and working within agreed procedures, and managing a portfolio of clients. In addition the successful applicant will work with the programme team to help drive Banbury Sound forward.
