The Local Radio Company is continuing to dispose of loss-making stations by selling Bath FM, Brunel FM, 3TR, Ivel FM, Vale FM and Pennine FM. (more)
Bath FM moves to Swindon

The studios and presenters of Bath FM are moving to out of the area in which they will broadcast to. A co-location request to house the station at Brunel FM has been agreed by Ofcom, after much consideration. (more)
TLRC Appoint New Programme Controllers

The Local Radio Company have new Programme Controllers at Bath FM and Brunel FM. Tim Lewis takes on the job at Bath FM while Craig Rance takes over from Tony Dibbin at Brunel FM next week.. (more)
New appointments at TLRC

The Local Radio Company have appointed two new Programme Controllers within its South West region. Tim Lewis joins Bath FM from Hertbeat FM, whilst Brunel FM drive-time jock Craig Rance has been promoted to take over from Tony Dibbin at the end of this month. (more)
TLRC completes Bath FM takeover

TLRC announces that it has issued 410,133
ordinary shares to complete the acquisition of Bath FM. The initial consideration was £400,000 in cash and the additional consideration in shares is
valued at £170,205.
Bath FM is the leading commercial radio station in its marketplace with a Total Survey Area of 83,000 adults. In the latest Q4 2005 Rajar figures, the station had an audience of 16,000 listeners per week, listening for 118,000 hours. (more)
