Bright and Splash to merge

EXCLUSIVE: Local independent stations in Worthing and Burgess Hill, Splash FM and Bright FM, will join forces in a bid to survive in difficult trading conditions. Co-location at Worthing has been approved by Ofcom, but programmes will remain separate. (more)

Bright FM add relay transmitter

Ofcom today announces an extension of coverage to Bright FM (Burgess Hill & Haywards Heath) to include the adjoining locality of Lewes, by means of a relay transmitter. (more)
