The UK's second JACK fm has launched at 6 o'clock this morning in Bristol, promptly replacing Original 106.5.The first sign that Original Bristol was closing happened yesterday morning during an on-air stunt which involved the station apparently being hijacked by a local newspaper reporter. (more)

Evington departs Original 106

Star shines for URKD

UKRD stations increased their total listening hours by 674,000, equating to 17% growth, whilst adding 21,000 listeners, including an increase for Star in Bristol with a high 14.7 average hours.
