Uganda?s Capital FM to relay some VOA programmes

Uganda’s Capital FM Radio has signed an agreement with the Voice of America to carry some VOA programmes. The agreement was signed by Capital FM’s Bill Tibingana, the programme director, and VOA’s East and Horn of Africa representative, Peter Byengoma at the station in Kampala on Monday.
