Voice of Liverpool launches

Liverpool's newest radio station has launched at 6am today. Journalist Liam Blyth was the first live voice on the City Talk 105.9, with Phil Easton and Kim Hughes welcoming listeners to their first breakfast show five minutes later. (more)

City Talk hires TV's Trisha

Daytime television host Trisha Goddard is the latest signing for Emap's new talk radio station, City Talk 105.9. Trisha will host a weekend programme each Sunday evening - details of which will be revealed when she visits Liverpool later today for a news conference. (more)
