94.4FM Salford City Radio have signed the comedy radio soap that is fronted by Billy Bradshaw and all 300 remastered episodes of The Bradshaws from the past 25 years will now be heard on the station which covers Salford. . (more)

Double community radio launch

Two community radio stations will launch within hours of each other this weekend - and both are in Greater Manchester. Tameside Radio in the Ashton Under Lyne area and Salford City Radio will both go live on Sunday. (more)

New station for Manchester

A new radio station is set to launch in Manchester this month. In addition to new FM stations such as Rock Radio and Salford City Radio, a team of around 20 radio professionals are busy putting the final touches together for Manchester Radio Online, which launches this Sunday, 9th September. (more)
