The number of radio sets sold plummeted 18% in the 12 months to Q2 2012, a new study published by Ofcom shows....

Global Radio, owner of network radio brands including Capital FM, Heart and Real, have been ordered to sell seven radio stations. The Competition Commission has decided that Global Radio must sell radio stations in seven areas of the UK following its completed £70m acquisition of Real and Smooth networks.
