A DAB Digital Radio station for the Isle of Man in 2001/2, Manx Choice was a jukebox station operated by voting on then experimental 3G phones. You voted for the song you wanted, and the system would automatically program the song in the next hour.
The station was automated, using Ots Juke software. Jingles were voiced by Nick Jackson.
Operated by SMG, the trial also broadcast Virgin Radio Classic Rock, Liquid, Virgin Radio PARTY! and Virgin Radio to the island in stereo; as well as Energy FM and Manx Radio.
