TFM is the commercial radio station for Stockton-on-Tees and Teesside.

After being relaunched from the old Radio Tees, the station moved from Dovecot Street in the early 1990s to a new purpose-built building. Some windows in the building are the shape of the Metro Radio Group logo.

The station was purchased as part of Emap's acquisition of the group.
