Matt Deegan was a Group Corporate Development Executive at GCap Media plc before he left to become a 'Radio and New Media Thinker' for anyone who wanted some thinking done.

At GCap he bid for, won and operated lots of local DAB multiplexes, co-created Chill, FUN radio and Creation Podcasts as well as writing the application for XFM South Wales.
