Price Crash TV - is it a con?
Follow @mediaukdiscussI ordered an item which was in stock on 1st December, tried to chase it on the 15th only to find that their telephone dones not work, the email address on the confirmation comes back as unknown, they cashed my credit card in Portugal via Paradise ??
No an email tells me the goods will arrive 24/12/2011.
This must be a Con.
And remember you’re covered by the consumer credit act – if you spent over £100, you can claim the money back from your credit card company.
Might be worth emailing you&yours@bbc.co.uk, they like stories like this.
regardless of your goods arriving or not, if any of the contact details advertised on the TV dont work then contact Ofcom
I also notice that the contact details on Media UK are not entirely correct. Any changes to those would be welcome.

If the goods don’t arrive I suggest you contact Ofcom.
