Sexist and patronising commentary

I want all sports broadcasters to STOP referring to women competitors as ‘girls ‘ and ‘ladies’.
Male competitors are not referred to as ‘boys’ and ‘gentlemen’ . So STOP the sexism.
Eurosport should lead and ensure EQUAL terminology.
I am watching europosport athletics and have just heard a woman athlete referred to as ‘a powerful girl’ and a ‘lady athlete’.
They are powerful women and women athletes
