TV Graphics Editor/Designer, Premier Consulting

Reporting into the Ecomms Manager you will be working with the marketing team to help bring promotional ideas to life visually on the website, as micro sites and email creative but also work with photo shoots to ensure they have on brand photography and contribute in the brand guidelines process
• Produce high quality promotional material guided by an overall vision for creative, brand and function
• Prepare concepts and final assets according to promotional briefs for your team members
• Work closely with the design, development and user experience teams
• Execute and question revisions and change requests if they don’t support the customer experience, brand or sales funnel
The ideal candidate is someone who can execute a broad range of graphic styles.
Bring new conceptual designs to the table, utilising the latest technology. Working with the digital design solution team, you will;
• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for promotional materials such as banners, microsites, email templates
• Consistently deliver high-quality creative assets within pre-established timelines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and development and execution of those ideas.
• Deliver work that compliments or integrates into an existing design framework while following set style guides
• Have a solid understanding of layout and colour theory.
• Have basic skills with a 3D package. Maya, Cinema 4D or 3D Studio would be best.
• Adobe skills are essential

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Interest within new media, rich media, social networking and mobile or game products
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and the rest of the CS SUITE
• Understanding of graphic design principles, including page layout, colour theory and typography
• Print and marketing design skills
• Comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to work with a team framework and also independently
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken
