BBC Vision, Multiplatform Attachment / Fixed Term – 6 months

We’re looking for a customer facing representative to proactively manage the efficient service delivery of the office support function within Multiplatform Production. You will be highly motivated with excellent planning and organising skills and will manage the allocation and supervision of storage, accommodation, desktop IT resources, office equipment and telephony support.

You’ll have excellent customer service skills, with a ‘can do’ approach to problem solving as well as a good IT knowledge. SAP/knowledge would be an advantage. Being able to build rapport quickly and being focused under pressure are essential attributes to this role.
