Dutch broadcaster SBS introduces word puzzles via teletext

Dutch commercial broadcaster SBS is today introducing a new teletext service on its three TV channels - word puzzles. The six puzzles, which inckude Sudoku, will be renewed each Monday. Parliamentary TV channel to be launched in the Netherlands

Dutch public broadcaster NOS is to launch a digital TV channel which will carry live coverage of parliamentary debates and meetings from The Hague. NOS Director Gerard Dielessen said yesterday that the channel is planned to launch on 1 September.
